As one of the first batch trained third party Information Security Management System lead assessors and trainers in Asia since 2000, Ms Poon has audited and trained the information security management system representatives from various companies in the fields of telecommunications, finance and banking, as well as manufacturing and public sectors in China, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, Macau, Malaysia and other Asian countries.

She was the Regional Product Manager in Asia for managing information security management system certification services in an internationally well known certification body.

Also, she has years of practical experience in implementing various information security control measures, quality management system and process re-engineering for different telecommunications and IT companies.

She has extensive and solid experience in ISMS and ITSM standards, such as ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and PCIDSS.

In addition to being a registered IRCA Lead Auditor in Information Security Management System, she is also a specialist in Quality Management System, Quest Forum registered auditor in TL9000 (Quality Management System for Telecommunications Industry), Electrostatic Discharge Association S20.20 Certified Auditor, as well as IECQ ECCB QC080000 (Hazardous Substances Process Management System).

Also, she has solid and rich work experiences in developing the supplier programs for conglomerates, multinational retailers and manufacturers, including IKEA, Techtronics, Hasbro, AS Watsons, Woolworths and The Marketing Store.
